I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday seven days in advance to be delivered on dec 14th 2012.they were delivered lunchtime on the 15th.the surprise was completely spoilt. I waited and did everything needed to take care of the flowers and so i waited for them to bloom, and instead, they died. Flowers wilted within a few days.

You have to put things in your basket in a certain order to get some of them, which is a pain, after you have created a detailed card. I am so very disappointed with this, i have tried to email moonpig and i have tried to ring them, no one is available and after half an hour on hold they.

They also advertised free delivery but charged me. Unfortunately there is no similar service in australia. I love moonpig, but service needs uplift for australia. Unfortunately there is no similar service in australia. Moonpig is well known and widely used in the uk as a bespoke greeting cards delivery service. I will confess to loving flowers in my garden, and not so much in a vase. The uk service is outstanding and offers next day delivery if you order early. My bouquet is still going.
